Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information hosseinhomefinancing.com collects, how it’s used and the choices you have. Loan applications are handled by Loan Factory, Inc. and are covered by Loan Factory’s own privacy policy.

Who We Are

hosseinhomefinancing.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is the website of Hossein Nasrollahi, Loan Officer, NMLS #2087371, with Loan Factory, Inc., NMLS #320841. The site gives general information about home loans and links to Loan Factory’s online application. In this policy, “you” means anyone who visits the site or contacts us through it.

Loan Applications Are Governed by Loan Factory's Privacy Policy

When you click “Apply”, “Get Pre-Approved” or a similar button, you leave this site and go to an application hosted by Loan Factory, Inc. The information you enter there, such as your Social Security number, income, assets, employment and credit information, is collected and processed by Loan Factory, not by this website.

Loan Factory, Inc.’s privacy policy governs that application and any loan you apply for. If anything in this policy conflicts with Loan Factory’s privacy policy or privacy notice for a loan application, Loan Factory’s policy controls.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, for example your name, phone number, email address, the state you’re buying in, and general details about your income, savings or the property. This site does not have its own contact or application form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider may automatically log technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site runs on WordPress and may use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure traffic. If we add analytics or advertising tools, they may set their own cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How We Use Information

  • To answer your questions and follow up on your request
  • To explain loan options and help you start an application with Loan Factory
  • To operate, secure and improve the site
  • To meet legal, regulatory and compliance obligations

We don’t sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to help you or to run the site:

  • Loan Factory, Inc., the licensed mortgage company I work through, so your inquiry or loan can be handled
  • Lenders and settlement service providers, but only as part of a loan you apply for through Loan Factory and as described in its privacy notice
  • Service providers that host or maintain the site, under their own confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities, when required by law, regulation, subpoena or to protect rights and safety

Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice

The federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires financial institutions, including mortgage companies, to explain how they collect and share nonpublic personal information and to protect it. If you apply for a loan, Loan Factory, Inc. will provide its privacy notice, which describes what it collects, how it shares information and how you can limit some sharing. You can read more about these rules in the CFPB’s Regulation P (Privacy of Consumer Financial Information).

Your Choices and State Privacy Rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you from your direct contact with us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements that apply to mortgage lending. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Information collected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act may be covered by that law instead. The California Attorney General explains these rights. For requests about a loan application, contact Loan Factory using the details in its privacy policy.

Security, Retention and Children

We use reasonable measures to protect information we receive, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please don’t send your Social Security number, bank account numbers or full documents by regular email. Use the secure Loan Factory application instead.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

The site links to other websites, including Loan Factory, government agencies and NMLS Consumer Access. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

Changes and Contact
