Loan Officer · NMLS #2087371
Loan officer at Loan Factory, Inc., NMLS #2087371. I help buyers, homeowners and investors in California, Texas, Florida and Maryland compare loan options, in English or Farsi.
Hi, I’m Hossein Nasrollahi. Before I talk about loans, it helps to know where I come from professionally. I studied accounting and hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Accounting. Over more than 12 years I’ve worked in finance, accounting, auditing and mortgage lending.
That background shapes how I work. When I review a loan file, I read the tax returns, pay stubs and bank statements the way an auditor would. I want to understand the numbers before a lender’s underwriter does, so there are fewer surprises after you’re under contract. It also means I can explain why a lender counts your income a certain way, which matters a lot if you’re self-employed or have more than one source of income.
A home loan is usually the largest financial commitment a family makes, and it’s full of terms and fees that are hard to compare. After years of working with financial statements, I wanted to use those skills where they make a direct difference to people: helping them understand a mortgage before they sign it, and helping them find a loan that fits their budget.
I work as a loan officer with Loan Factory, Inc., a mortgage company that works with many wholesale lenders. That set-up lets me act like a mortgage broker for my clients. Instead of offering one bank’s products, I can shop your loan and show you real choices.
What I try to give every client is simple: honest answers, clear numbers and quick replies. If a loan isn’t a good idea for you right now, I’ll tell you, and I’ll explain what would need to change, whether that’s paying down a card, waiting for a second year of self-employment income or saving a little more for closing costs.
I’m based in California and hold individual licenses in four states. My company, Loan Factory, Inc., is NMLS #320841. That means I can help you buy or refinance a home in any of these states, and also finance rental properties there. If you live in one state and want to buy in another, that’s fine too, as long as the property is in a state where I’m licensed.

I speak English and Farsi (Persian). Many of my clients are Iranian-American families who prefer to go over the details in Persian, and some are buying their first home in the U.S. We can switch languages whenever you like, on the phone or by email. Your loan documents will usually be in English, but I’ll walk you through each one in Farsi so nothing is unclear when it’s time to sign.
If you’re specifically looking for a Persian loan officer, my Persian mortgage broker page covers the questions I hear most, such as gift funds from family, buying with relatives and loans for self-employed business owners.
Through Loan Factory I have access to more than 240 lenders. Each one has its own pricing and its own rules on credit scores, income, property types and down payment. Here is how I use that:
Rates and programs change, and every offer depends on your qualification. I’ll never quote you a number until I’ve seen your actual file.
These are the programs my clients ask about most. Each page explains how the loan works and who it fits.
Lower down payment and flexible credit guidelines.

Every mortgage loan officer in the U.S. is registered with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System. You can look me up yourself and see my current state licenses:
